The Basic Touch, LLC is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your products, however, should there be a problem, please review the following:

Items Purchased within 30 Days

Products that are in their original unopened packaging may be returned for store credit, exchanged for an alternate item or refunded through your original method of payment less a 15% restocking and handling fee. Items that are opened, out of their original packaging, or used may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. Products that are defective due to workmanship or materials will be replaced or refunded your full purchase price in the form of store credit only, except where the manufacturer warrants your product directly.

Items Purchased after 30 Days

For up to 60 Days we will replace products that are defective due to workmanship or materials with a direct replacement or refund your full purchase price, excluding shipping, in the form of store credit only, except where the manufacturer warrants your product directly. If an exact replacement is not available, we will work with you on a comparable item equal to or greater than the original purchase price.

To make a return, you may call us at 888-201-9019. Please be sure to have your email address and order number ready. You may also send an email to orders@thebasictouch.com with the following information:

• Your Order Number
• Order Date
• Name & Email Address on the Order
• Name of the item you would like to return
• The reason for the return
