Shipping within the United States
The Basic Touch, LLC is committed to delivering orders as quickly and accurately as possible. The following is a statement of how our orders are shipped.
- If all products ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped with 24 hours on business days.
- If one or more of your products are not in stock, or immediately available, your order will ship within 2-5 business days. If multiple items are ordered, and at least one item is not in stock, your entire order will be delayed until all of the products ordered are available.
- If one or more of your products are on backorder, you will be notified immediately and given an estimate as to when your order will be shipped. All notifications will be delivered via email. If multiple items are ordered, but not all are on backorder, the products available will ship to you within 3-5 business days. Your credit card will be charged only for items that ship, on the day that they ship.
- If you selected FedEx during your checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number when your order ships.
- If you selected USPS Priority Mail during your checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS confirmation number when your order ships.
Shipping to Canada
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of order. You will be notified if your order processing will take longer than 5 business days. TheBasicTouch.com offers FedEx Ground, FedEx International Expedited, and USPS International Priority Mail.
FedEx International Expedited include all brokerage fees paid with your shipping charges. FedEx Ground and USPS International Priority may not include brokerage fees. All duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
The Basic Touch, LLC is not responsible for any delays or seizures made by customs. NOTE: A valid email address & telephone number is required for all Canadian orders.
