Rock Chick Review
Pros:
- Easy to clean
- Hands free
- Goes deep
Cons:
- Difficult to learn
- Clitoral stimulation isn't enough
My very first pink sex toy, the Rock Chick. I've had my eye on this u-shaped medical grade silicone toy for quite some time now. It looked absolutely perfect for g-spot stimulation.
When I received the toy I was, of course, anxious to try it. It looked like it would go fairly deep and would hit my g-spot just right with the curved g-spot stimulator. I wasn't quite sure how the clitoral stimulation would work out. For the clitoral stimulator, one end of the u has ridges and a hole in the end for a bullet vibrator. After a battle with the plastic casing of the Rock-Chick, I finally managed to pull the toy and bullet vibrator free.
I shook the packaging to see if there were any instructions, none fell out. The back of the packaging caught my eye. It gives tips on how to use the Rock Chick; it was very convenient and helpful for initial ideas.
The bullet runs on watch batteries which are included with the vibrator. I haven't been able to get the batteries out of the bullet, so I hope it doesn't run out of battery life any time soon! The bullet has the power of any other bullet, but it is slightly longer and thinner than the average bullet. The back of the package said to use a few drops of lube for easy insertion of the bullet into the Rock Chick, so I rubbed some lube on the bullet and it slid into place fairly easily, after I had taken out the paper protector preventing the loss of battery life. I turned on the bullet to see how much of the toy vibrated. A vibration could certainly be felt in the g-spot curve, but the vibrations were strongest around the bullet, as was to be expected. I was already warmed up and wet with anticipation, so with just a little more lube, I slid the g-spot curve into place.
I first tried the toy sitting in my chair, as the back of the packaging suggested. I rocked back and forth on my chair. I turned on the bullet vibrator and felt the vibrations over my entire labia. The clitoral stimulator portion isn't directed just at a specific area, but delivers vibrations to the entire genital region. At first the vibrations felt nice, but their lack of focus on my clitoris annoyed me. So I turned off the bullet and just went with the rocking motion and used my hands for external stimulation.
The toy is made for hands free use in a variety of positions, so I tried the hands free, lying on my back, position next. I haven't quite mastered the movement, but perhaps you will have better luck!
Over all, the Rock Chick is a fun toy and I am looking forward to using it more and learning how it best works for my body. It isn't the easiest toy to use, but I can definitely see it becoming a favorite once I figure out more effective ways to use it. If nothing else, it's a great toy for phone sex, since it is hands free!
